I loved The Mark. The first show that I ever went to alone when I moved up was there, and it was packed. But has anyone ever seen it packed since? Phil K was playing to an empty room. Just because I wasn't around when Sander K killed it in that spot doesn't mean I'm ignorant to the current ways ;)

Yeah, what happened to the Mark? Do they still spin EDM there regularly? I just assumed we lost the Mark when the Descent (?) Thursday events were canceled.
I haven't really been clubbing since Deadmau5, but I need a reliable Friday spot for electronic music when the need arises, and Swerve's Friday events delivered pretty consistently. If anyone has more suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.
Hey, since I hadn't been to Swerve in a while, I guess this means I inadvertently supported Caution_BiPolar's boycott. Yeah, ATLTA unity!
(... Unless Liquified convinces Above & Beyond or Ronski Speed or John O'Callaghan or Aly & Fila to visit Swerve in the next few weeks, in which case I'm definitely there.) |
