I've never gone to DC.
How is it?
I survived Ghetto Ass Detroit... so just wondering.
Places to get a hotel are Downtown DC and Convention Center? Is that cool??

DC is cool!! They're even building up the rough areas. Some areas not as bad as before.
Hotels to check out, any of the kimpton hotels, (secret many DJs/artists stay using this chain ;) Each Kimpton hotel has a different theme. I prefer Hotel George rates are not too bad, 1 block from Union Station, expecially nice if you plan to take the train down. 3-5 minute taxi ride to Fur Nightclub. Also walking distance from the DC Mall.
Georgetown is also nice-just not as accesible by metro. 10-15 minute walk from metro, unless course you use taxi. |
