anyone use this software? it's for screening your IP address when you use a p2p program like Ares or limewire, making it harder for your isp to track your 15000 shared MP3s and those HD pornos you downloaded. actually i think they only send letters to people who download really recent .
but anyway, for those who use peer guardian, do you ever see the DoD Network Information Center hit on your blocked log? i'm curious as to what this is. no real e on google. |

Yes absolutely use it! I always use it, and it's also great at blocking advertisements. Some sites like Beatport are automatically blocked so u either have to disable it or add it to the white list. However, whomever u are trying to hide from can still get your IP, all it does is block them from accessing the files and downloading from u and vice versa.
Yes I see DoD and all kinds of other weird connections in the log. What that means is our government workers are downloading the same porn as u are. |
