I've heard a lot about ableton. What is it used for? Creating tracks like Reason or FL or virtually djing? Or both?

So for production would you rather use Reason, FL, or Ableton? And for DJing is it the most widely used?

I would surmise that Live is definitely one of the most widely used DAWs across the world when it comes to both producing and real-time mixing.

I use live for a DAW and I love it! I have used many other DAW's and by far I feel the most comfortable with Live.

Ok. So, I started with FL and I've gotten to the point where I'm past beginner, and I'm thinking about switching to Live. It seems more advanced and after playing with it for a couple hours, better.
Are there any resources to learn Live? (Like books, or online stuff?) |
