Quickbooks. It may be for that many employees, but I use it occasionally and it seems easy and quick to use.

BoA has a simple payroll system with their online banking... takes out state & federal taxes right away, can even offer direct deposit. Simple. My bf uses it :)

Microsoft Access?

It's probably already on your computer.

It has an easy visual basic editor built in so you can effectively build your own interface as needed.

It's basically Excel on 'roids, with much less clutter.

in canada here... and in any case we dont even use a bank

also we dont do any deductions, all of our workers are "autonomous" we don't withhold any pay but they are required to declare their income-

much less of a hassle :)

anyone know where i can learn a bit of access? just would be annoying as i dont have it on my mac
