Wondering how long it would take someone to list Robert Miles. Pretty much everything he did was with a Piano in it somehow.
Theres also Minimalistic- Struggle for Pleasure that is a very Piano driven song.

there are many many trance tracks with pianos but i find planisphere's tracks to be distinctive and i still consider them as great pieces of melodic electronic music not just trance. They take a while to develop but once they do...
I can't remember if the second track of these-"moonshine"-had a piano (it probably doesn't) but the romantic classical-style melody is stunning.

Taucher - Winter Love (2000)
(or Winterlove as it was titled on Taucher's album in 2001)
Such a brilliant tune. The piano melody is obviously taken from "Dance 2 Trance - Hello San Francisco" (1992) which again sampled it from "Supertramp - Crime Of The Century" (1974) .
Nice tracks people, i see you are doing your homework :D! Where can i find Taucher - Winter Love, i have trouble finding it.. btw dance2trance-hello san francisco is a killer tune :)

Most of Taucher's older stuff is very hard to impossible to find, especially if you're after digital downloads and certain tracks are vinyl only. He definitely should put out his backcatalogue digitally.
The full 9:10 version of Winter Love has never been officially released on cd or digitally, only available on the EP2 12" or the Ebbe & Flut (High Tide & Low Tide) 4xLP. Where to download the track illegally, this is not the place to discuss about it.
