| I've heard that the pot will absorb coffee flavors and will affect how the tea tastes. Does anyone have any experience with brewing tea and coffee in the same pot? |

| breu there are these special tea pots made of this clay from china that absorb the minerals in the tea water and after a while of making tea you can add hot water to the tea pot with no tea and you will still get tea |

Yes - you aren't supposed to use the same one for coffee and tea as the oils from the coffee inevitably remain and flavor the tea.
I also don't wash my coffee press in anything other than scalding hot water, and then just wipe clean with a towel. |

| I think the real problem here is that you guys actually consume coffee. |

Tea is infinitely greater than coffee. Infinitely.
Also, I don't mind whether people call me Jake or Jacob, but is it ever weird when people who usually call me one go and call me another. |

That means business is serious, and coffee and tea are equally advantageous. :o
Now, to figure out your middle name. Full name means very serious business. |
