so a friend of mine sent me this
they cut his mixer off twice and the music from the VIP room was bleeding into the main room...they had it setup that there was no DJ in vip until like 230am and then Victor R tried going on...when the sound guy tried switching his booth over, he patched it to the main room
this happened twice and Morillo got on the mic and was like "what the is the problem?"
the second time he just said "I love you Chicago and I absolutely cannot continue like this tonight, I hope to see you next time at a different venue."

The story is true. Why would they make a mistake like that. He tried to be cool about it. He waited a few minutes for them to fix the problem and they kept screwing it up. It's too bad they would do that to Morillo.
Beside that big mess up, Morillo had a good set. Better then the last time he was hear.
Hopefully, Crobar can make it up to him and we'll be able to see him again.
Hope it doesn't happen to Roger tonight. Well see... Round two |

seen both of 'em in IBIZA & MIAMI .. they always ROCK THE HOUSE .... They're always TOP 5 during WMC ......

My two favorite house DJ. Roger plays better and more tracks. Morillo's energy is at the top!
I kinda have a similar dilemma Nov 1st in LA. Roger Sanchez @ Vanguard or Eric Prydz @ Avalon. Roger goes from open to close usually with no opener. Vanguard is open til 4. Avalon is open til 7. |

Roger was on point last night.
Actually Morillo was good...... but Roger was better. Good times.
Oh, one more thing...They didn't screw Roger up last night. I think the sound guy learned his lesson. I heard from a reliable source that Morillo will be back to Crobar. Lets hope it's true. |
