In between doing his weekly radio show on Londons LEADING House Music station, PUSH FM, as well as producing at such Global labels as Soulfuric Records, Swank Recordings, DAE Recordings, Soultonic, Defected, Bar Grooves UK, among others, SILKY has also managed to squeeze gigs from Budapest to Sydney, taking clubbers on a musical journey passing through deep soulful grooves building up to a chunky tribal more peaktime set.
That is why such respected DJs like Frankie Knuckles exclaims, “SILKY is a DJ who inspires me.” DJ Meme (Defected, Soulfuric) seconds, “I do agree with EVERY SINGLE WORD that Frankie Knucles says”. Over the 35 years I've managed to survive in the business I occasionally meet other Artist and DJs that really inspire me. The inspire me in a way that makes me want to run home and start playing records, record a tape or CD, try new things when I'm playing. Or, their sound adds a fresh coat of paint to what I do musically. SILKY did this for me the very first time I heard a choon produced by SEMINAL GROOVES. And when we met we were instant drawn to one another. He was like the little brother I always wanted to dote on, show the right way to do this job, the proper way to handle himself._But in all actuality he needed nothing from me on this score. The first time I worked with him at EMPIRE I knew the boy had a future in from of him, if he dedicated himself. And that he has._SEMINAL GROOVES is a musical entity that I know I can surely count on for quality material. There are only a handful of guys in this business I know I can trust when it comes to the music they produce. SEMINAL GROOVES is in good company with some of the best in the business. And a couple of pretty nice blokes too!!!_In this ever-changing arena of dance/house music, if we don't have anything else, thank God we have some artist/producers we can depend on. These days it's very difficult for me to find great songs and productions that are truly dynamic. The kind of material that makes people really prick-up their ears. These guys have it in Spades and I'm a better DJ for carry their work with me always.

I do agree with EVERY SINGLE WORD that Frankie Knucles said about Silky. I have only good experiences with him as a friend, and his productions are always top quality with the SEMINAL GROOVES. He is becoming famous for his mixing skills on his DJ sets, and this is just the proof that a star is born!

Today, it's very rare to find a Dj that truly understands the music he plays. I've seen guys study the scene from start to finish and they still don't understand what's going on. Silky just "gets it". MARIE began DJing when she was 16 years old. Music was always a part of her life; as a child she played the piano and at age 11 she learned how to play the drums.
Her love for dance music sprouted when she heard Paul Van Dyk’s Forbidden Fruit for the first time. She was very much drawn to the trance vibe. When she started DJing in late 1999, she played trance and progressive house. Her sets consisted of tracks from record labels such as Nukleus, Data, Positiva, Hooj and Bedrock. In 2001 she ventured into down tempo house where she played a lot of Naked Music, Akibu and M2M.
At present she plays funky club New York House ranging from vocal heavy tracks to progressive beats. Her greatest influences as of the moment are Bass Kleph, Roger Sanchez, and Martijn Ten Velden.
Along with a fellow DJ, Mark Nicosia, Marie put up www.lokallooper.com (Your diurnal source for nocturnal tunes) the first dance music website in the Philippines. She also opened a DJ school, Looper Beat Academy.

At only 23 years old, Randy Seidman has established himself as one of the youngest, hardest working Electronic Dance Music DJs in Southern California. His passion for quality & time-appropriate music has created a demand for Randy that he is humbled to meet.
At his young age he has already shared stage time with Ferry Corsten, Gabriel & Dresden, Infected Mushroom, Christopher Lawrence, Rank 1, M.A.N.D.Y, Serge Devant, Colette, Heidi, Jason Bentley, Randy Boyer of EnMass, Victor Dinaire, Kristina Sky and Thomas Datt among others.
Randy can frequently be seen playing at Vanguard, Hollywood for Giant & EM Sundays at Joseph's. With multiple appearances at Hollywood hotspots King King and Avalon, and residencies for Unwind at The Mor Bar & Hollywood's Holly's, Randy is making his mark all over town.
Additionally, Randy is gaining national exposure resulting from a string of high profile gigs. For the past two years, he graced the decks at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. During WMC ‘08 he had the honor of playing at the Ultra Music Festival along with some of the worlds finest DJ’s & Producers (Moby, Carl Cox, Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto, Danny Tengalia & Eric Prydz to name a few).
This past year Randy toured with DJ Mag’s #9 Dance Act Infected Mushroom, and played with them at such venues as Cervantes, Church, and Beta in Denver; Empire Ballroom in Las Vegas; Webster Hall in New York City; Belo in San Diego, Tentation in Orange County, and Vanguard in Hollywood. Recently, Randy completed a tour of Mexico (Villahermosa and Toluca), and is looking forward to upcoming November gigs in India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) as well as Canada (Halifax and Ottawa).
In June of 2007 Randy's first release came out on Biohazard, a Remix of Victor Gonzales's Better Step Up. Since then Randy has had a stream of releases. His tracks and remixes can be found on beatport.com as well as other major online music stores. 2008 is going to be a big year for Randy as he anticipating releases on big labels, so stay tuned!
