full time receptionist position in Beverly Hills - need one asappppppppp

Here is the ad I put on Craig's List, but I'd rather hire someone I know, or a referral from one of you.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized receptionist to work in our executive suite office.

Must have prior receptionist or switchboard experience. At times, our phone lines can be very heavy, so you must feel comfortable with handling 3-4 calls at the same time, in a timely manner.

The hours will be 8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Being on time every day is essential.

Duties include:
-Answering multi-line phone system
-Routing calls to appropriate person or voice mail
-Booking conference room for clients, and keeping track of what time they leave
-Logging in all incoming packages (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc)
-Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Warm, friendly, and clear phone voice (no accent)
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task, and quickly.
-Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
-High school diploma and some college preferred
-Dress code: business casual (must make a clean and professional apprearance, because the receptionist is the first person a client see's when they walk in).
