So, who here likes to run and does run on a regular basis(5 days/week)?

What do I feel about running?
Its great, gets your heart rate up when youre feelin tired and after-wards you feel like youve just woke up from a 7 hour slumber.

What are some of the health benefits?
It heightens your basal-metabolic-rate tremendously.
Gives you more energy during the day.
Aides you in feeling more confident about yourself thus boosting self-esteem.

Other perks?
It makes you last longer in the sack :D.

I just recently started slowly getting into running. Have been working on my conditioning for the passed 2 months.
