Why can't I stand Paulson?
For starters, he is an unelected official who is using congressional authority to spend unlimited amounts of taxpayer money to support institutions that have a flawed business model and should not exist in their current form.
Secondly, he has proven since spring of 2007 to not have a grasp of the implications of housing and credit on our broader economy.
Thirdly, just listen to him when he talks. "uhhhh....uhhhh.uhhhhh....uhhhh." You stammering .
But I suppose anyone in his position would soon realize that they are powerless against the forces of the business cycle and the credit cycle. |
