I hate it when I get the munchies late at night, pass out, and then wake up with a horrible stomach ache because I didn't give myself enough time to digest the food.
Does anyone else get the same problem? |

| It's probably the poorly made gas station sandwiches that I eat. |

| it's basically due to a lack of time for the food to properly digest. You need to be awake & upright for the best digestion :p |

I got the craziest munchies last night. When I got up to eat, I ate in the fullest sense of the word. I consumed a lot. Crazy stomach ache the next morning. Not necessarily a food hangover, but a food amount hangover. |
