Forums have helped me get my foot in the door of an Atlanta scene that I didn't even know existed. :)
Also, I've met a bunch of awesome people through it as well, so only a positive in my eyes. I may waste time on here, but I'd probably be wasting it some other way regardless. |

when I have dinner with my millionaire and billionaire clients, you'd be surprised how many times they ask "have you seen that youtube video about x" or say "the US is now a police state. bush reads your emails" or "vote ron paul" |
