| sounds a lot like early 2000 stile trance to me witch is not a bad thing.i can tell you spent time on it sonic but i think you may get some t/a not liking it cos of the point at top off my post.so there is nothing more to add realy without undoing what has been done allready and changing the track compleatly. |

Is the production quality ok? kick compressed well? That really what i have been spending the last few months on making it sound ok.
Also I think I like early 00 trance I always end up making it everytime sometimes I try and think ok make something like whats on my new cd's and it never happens lol. |

technically speaking:
kick is kinda low there on the mix, snare and other stuff have too much reverb on them IMO...
other then that its decent.
musically speaking:
i felt no "flow" or "drive" or whatever, maybe additional percusive elements will add some spice to it all... same fxs used throughout the track, synths sound really generic, regardless of the old vs. new opinions of mine... after the first break it gets kinda chilly like an ambient track with beats... which i personally don't really like... so IMO you gotta work on your synths, make em more interesting sound wise and your melodies are really simple and have no distinct line beside the chords on which they rely upon... focus more on your ideas and sound design rather then your mixing abilities, its much more important IMO... |

TY you know what i think I am going to do I nearly always on my pc making music so most of my spare time is spent listening to my music which everyone always says sound 00 ish mate nothin new.
I am gonna take a week off and just listen to all the new stuff. |

try some Djing, its fun and gives you a good listen to other tracks, and sometime in a middle of a set i say to myself (in my head... or not...) "how lovely it would be if i had a nice track that will go like XXX after this one, it will be awesome" and then i maybe will make one out of that idea... :) |
