Worst Pizza...
View this Thread in Original format
Lightshow
I have eaten the worst slice of pizza that I ever had in my life...I thought that even the cheapest frozen pizza, you know the little ones that come in a pack of 12 for $4, was not only cheaper but in comparison gourmet to the poor excuse for food that not only did I not enjoy but also paid for.

I just clipped my toenails.

And I farted.
ChemEnhanced
I was just reading a thread on TA and my dog farted on my cat.

i've tried similar pizza in st eustache qc, it cost us 30+bucks
when we eventually had the pizza delivered it was missing 3 of the toppings we asked for and had 2 of the toppings we didn't ask for (extra cheese and green peppers). Not only it was not cut! but when we tried to pick up a slice all the toppings would just come off the pizza and you were left with the worst tasting wet and uncooked piece of dough, yes i can't even call it bread, it was ing white. You could literally take all the dough and make your own version of the pizza if you wanted to be creative. Anyways, after strugling for the next 30min and ruining half of the pizza we decided that it would be better if we left it overnight and ate it next day when it was cold and had everything stuck to it. Yes, it actually tasted better next day! The only thing that saved us from hunger at 3am was the order of mild chicken wings that came with it. The only thing, they were hot as . After having like 10 of them i couldn't fall asleep for 3hours and had to drink at least 5bottles of water to calm my stomach down.

But hey, don't take my word for it. take a trip to san fransisco foods, just west of dufferin on finch, and give it a try...maybe the slice i got was just stale...plenty of garages next door so you can get an oil change in the meantime.
Pett
lol i've had a slice there before too, never been back which sucks because its real close to work.

There's a strange liking for plain tomato pizza in Quebec. When I was a kid, shortly after my folks came off the boat, there was cheap pizza in grocery stores sold in rectangular slabs wrapped in shrink-wrap. All it was was thick bread that's elastic when it comes off your teeth, and pizza sauce. That's it, nothing else.

Over the years, I've begun to see them cut in single serving pieces and shrink-wrapped for sale at depanneurs (convenience stores) by the cash. Like the only way people would buy them is on impulse.... but no, people seem to really like them.

I was in Montreal over the weekend, and I still see them in stores today. To make matters more bizzare, I've seen them there in bulk, as nearly 1 by 2 foot slabs of them stacked a couple of feet high and watched people buy them. Weird. Good thing I had my 2 pounds of unrefrigerated squeeky cheese curds petting my nose with the fresh cheese aroma, and my pushing my 200 lb shopping cart as it was also filled with $20 cases of beer. We're getting so ripped off here.

It sorta looks like this, but with an extremely thin layer of sauce and orange colour crust due to the oil smushed around in the sarad wrap.
