Application for creating Flash website

I am interested in creating a website for my music productions. I would like it to look very professional, and I have pretty good HTML and general programming experience, but I have never used Flash before, and I think Flash is what I would want to learn to create this website.
What is the cheapest program you can use to create a pretty decent Flash site? I saw one on the Adobe website that was $700. Is there a cheaper version that still has enough features? |

You can buy Swish, iv never used it but its supposedly pretty good.
Or
The free rout. Go download the flex SDK along with Flash Develop. You can only develop by means of programming though. |
