Sorry for the delay to reply, been busy lately.
First thing is first... I love how the far left bitches about an article by the NY post. But hey it is acceptable for them to post the propaganda machine Daily Kos (the one that called Patreus a betrayer) and MSNBC ( the one that made the RNC convention into a Bush bashing festival) The hypocrisy of my fellow members shows in this forum.

You say that I called you out to debate you? :stongue: To be honest with you, with all due respect, but you dont have the intellectual capacity, intellectual maturity and the honor to engage in a serious debate with me. I think that my gold fish would be more competetive than you in a debate. The last time I recall I closed a thread because of your vulgarity and your intentions to start a negative confrontation.

When it's been aptly demonstrated that the author of an op-ed by that paper is a known serial liar and is deliberately distorting what actually occurred, that's not "bitching". That's pointing out the absurdity of the article and author together.

You're welcome to point out where I've posted a DKos editorial, especially one to which I've specifically cited it as an opinion piece to be taken specifically as an opinion piece.
As for MSNBC, again I want you to point out a piece by them that wasn't cited as an opinion piece by Olbermann or otherwise. And if it wasn't an opinion piece, I want you to specifically refute that said article by MSNBC with sources to back you up.
Somehow, I doubt you will and once again cower away.

If that's your criterion to keeping a thread open, then I accept. I'll go back and delete all vulgar words out of my original post if you like. Then I would expect an answer from you on those specific points I made. If you end up closing this thread anyway, not only will you look like a coward, but then you'll be a liar too.
Now, will you please, just for once in your life, address any specific points I made to you and your op-ed piece? |

Also, as I mentioned to you... your repetitiveness of trying to start a negative confrontation. For example, your name calling like "coward" :rolleyes: not only you like to live your insecurities through me, but this non sense of yours must stop. Ill be gladly to debate you if you conduct yourself in a mature way. But it seems everytime you respond to me, you continue this non sense of name calling. :) |

Asking you to specifically address any of the counterpoints I made towards you and your author's arguments is a "negative confrontation"?

Let's recap:
1. I have specifically addressed arguments in various threads either started by you or otherwise.
-->You have failed time and again to counter those arguments, citing numerous rationales like my vulgarity, my lack of intelligence, your superior intellect, etc. etc.
-->This behavior along with your specific ad hominem attacks towards me has gotten you suspended twice here at PDD.
4. You specifically called me out for a debate provided I cease from foul language.
--> I've accepted your terms and have asked repeatedly to start a thread to debate me specifically with a topic of your choosing.
-->You have failed to address those requests time and again until now, to which you once again cited my language.
-->Not knowing that it was my language used at all times rather than just that specific debating thread you have yet to start up, I accepted such terms and immediately cleaned up my earlier post and edited the language accordingly to suit your needs.
5. And now you've attached yet another caveat in regards to a "negative confrontation."
-->Putting your continual moving the goalposts aside for a moment, this term is about as subjective as can possibly be, and can in no way be made into an objective manner that can be agreed upon by all parties involved. What you term "negative" can be another individual's "neutral". Therefore, this criterion cannot be met in any objective manner, and I would suggest you be a bit more specific with your terms here.
In other words, can you define "negative confrontation" a bit better so I can somehow try to avoid that with our future debates?
Otherwise, everything stated in those 5 points above depicts the word "coward" quite well. I honestly don't know how one could define the term any better.

Term accepted. I will no longer call you a "coward," unless you once again demonstrate and define that term with your actions by failure to address my specific points to you or by failure to start a thread to debate me on a topic of your choosing.
