[Request] Silicon Sound wavs?!

If anyone knows where to find them, I'm desperately after Silicon Sound - Pure Reality in .wav format for a high-quality mix I'm planning. Unfortunately I only own 192kbps mp3s for this album, called Pure Analog.
The release is from 2003 so it could be a little tricky. I've checked beatport, juno, audiojelly, trackitdown and a few others too with no success.
I've also emailed the label manager but don't have a response yet.
Please help (if you can)!

| I don't think the label is around any more... like a lot of older psytrance releases, you may be SOL... but have you tried contacting Johannes himself? He's naturally quite busy, but might be willing to help you out. |

That was my first thought too, but I can't find his contact details anywhere.
His web page is some sort of myspace clone and doesn't seem to provide an email address... |
