| From the description you are saying it seems like Ikon (Exit) would be the only exsisting space in NY to accomidate that unless it's a completely NEW space of course. |

Ikon (or the old Exit) is now Terminal 5 though...so can't be that venue ;) |

the sad truth is we are all suckers and losers for buying into the idea that you have to spend thousands of dollars to surround yourself with pseudo-cool people while listening to really bad music played by a dj who has a multi-personality disorder.
1oak is NOT a good time, unless your on crack, ecstasy, coke, heroin and drunk off your ass to truly enjoy yourself. being in there hurt me physically...of course i could have left but i had on a really hot dress and i was drinking for free, why would i leave???
but i will never go back. and it's not based on because i could never get in but because i would rather waste my time dancing somewhere where the dj does take his meds and is able to play some decent music and i'm not surrounded by people who make me wanna throw up in my mouth. |
