| I'd like to say that to visualize yourself surfing might help, but one of the main points of yoga is to try to put a stop to all mental distractions and thoughts, solely focusing on positioning the body and focusing on breathing. |

I've been wanting to do it for a while because of the benefits that come along with it. Better posture, elasticity, reduced stress levels, pretty much an all encompassing well being of the mind, body, and spirit.
Plus, I got invited by a smoking hot chick i've been talking to at work. No way was I gonna pass this up, haha. |
