Yea there's a catch... $5.95 if you pay for the next 10 years now. That's like $700. |

NO place offers unlimited disk space and bandwidth for real - they put that out there to attract noobs and any time you come close to using any significant amount of space/bandwidth you'll be told you're violating their terms of service for excessive resource usage and be shown the door. :) |

Yea it is, but being a simple undergrad just trying to pay credit cards, $700 to me a lot of money. |

| site5.com - have been with them for a year, not a single outage, unlike my previous hoster. They even offer unlimited bandwidth - so you can host files and not worry about going over your monthly transfer limit. I also have something reduculaze like 750GB space (could be more with this plan) and I think it's like $100/year or so. |

Well, as I said above - site5 has pretty flexible policy and offers unlimited space/bandwidth. Unless you do some major hammering of the site, I think it's probably one of the best deals around. Here's RUP (resource usage policy):
