One time we were going into this brewery... i was all pumping myself up to get in! My friend walks in and when its my turn to get in the line i call my friend and told him i didnt have the balls :(

He had to come out after paying the entrance fee. We left and went to drink at home

| Yay for the lower legal age in Canada, though I haven't drank to the point of passing out in a long time. Hangovers are a bitch, and there are a lot more interesting substances out there; like a certain survey stated, a lot of hs kids claimed that finding weed was as easy as getting booze, if not easier. |

lol it so is easier getting weed than booze unless you have a friend that doesn't give a and will buy alcohol for you. Thank ing hell I am 25 though and don't have to deal with this . |

The liquor store I go to all the time here by my sisters doesn't ID. Last night I went there, and this new guy was there. He asked my age. I said 25 but I hesitated cause I was tired as hell and it didn't register. He said, "25 eh?" and proceeded to finish ringing me up. |

not only that, but people half the time don't even look like their picture, even if it is their own. my license is still the picture of me when i was 16 and got it, almost 7 years ago. i have a different haircut now, gained weight, and have some facial hair.
when i was working as a teller at a bank, we were required to check all ID's for most transactions. for me, as long as the name matched, i didn't care what you looked like. it wasn't my money and i wouldn't get in trouble, so why start problems with people and waste time? i'm sure many bouncers have the same mentality. as for liquor store owners, most of them own their own shop, so they'd just be losing money sending you away. |

Never used one and I seemed to get in without IDs because I was tall, then I hit 18 and didn't need one. Now I'm 21 and can go anywhere in the world :D
I've seen some damn good fakes though. You pretty much need a black light to see that they are fake. |
