The boys are back for their second MPLS visit, but first MPLS performance.....those who were there last time know the sad story, but this time the party goes on!
Along with their original production work, MSTRKRFT has remixed an incredible amount of tracks by artists in every genre of music from all over the world. Their ability to turn a top 40 pop track into a banging club track is what brought them into the spotlight. Always using a 4/4 beat and heavy synthesis, MSTRKRFT has developed a very unique and recognizable style. Most of their remixes resemble the harder style that appears on their album and recent releases. As both members of the group were previously in bands, they often employ the electric guitar in their remixes and productions. The group has also stayed true to their roots doing remixes for [Chromeo], [Justice], [Metric], [Death from Above 1979], and many other artists. They kick off their "Fist of God Tour" early this Fall, and Sound In Motion is happy to have them @ First Avenue on October 6th...you know you have all been waiting for them.
