I don't see how people can spend $400 on a pair of headphones to listen to house. The lows are just like "tsk tsk tsk" and the highs are like "wom ya womm ya wum". Just go to Big Lots for some of them Gummy headphones if you are going to listen to that soft junk.
Trance is a lot like rock. There was a period where it was great(circa 2000 and the 60s, respectively), and it will be timeless. Jim Morrison and Paul Van Dyk are one and the same. |

Fixed, trance was pretty solid in 98-2001, however it was nothing compared to the classic trance period. |

| I like both...but I prefer trance |

| Paradox Lost |
I find myself more often than not in the mood for House material than I do Trance, so from a mere level of frequency, I prefer House.
Also, I find myself amassing a large collection of tracks from an extensive variety of House styles, as opposed to perhaps one or two from the Trance genre.
House has simply gone a longer way with me, and has maintained a much greater level of lasting value with me when it comes to what I reach for years down the road. |
