hopefully there are some good tracks on here, their newer isn't half as good as what they used to do (chuck nology, sedna, etc.) in any case, i'll anxiously await this and def give it a fair chance!

Heard this yesterday. Not what I would have expected from them but it is a solid comp nonetheless...Surprisingly, it's more techy and less of the dark, chunky stuff they were still playing the last time I heard a set of theirs.

Disc 1, while not mindblowing is a fairly solid effort. Disc 2 is where the is though. The new 16BL tracks are very nice and very diverse, although they lack the explosiveness of let's say "Passing Lights", "Sedna", or "Neptune".

:haha:

I had hoped they didn't jump on the bandwagon, lol

I don't think it's bandwagonish at all. It's very much what i expected and i like it a lot. CD2 in particular is awesome. These guys are probably my favorite modern progressive house act.

Yet, there is so little on the first CD that says "progressive house".

Figured there was already a thread on this. Got the compilation today and I must say, it delivers. God I love their productions. And now their compilation too. I'm so going to hammer these.

Plus, I get to see them in 2 days for a nice 2 hour set. I'm excited as hell!

Yes, it leans quite heavily in the tech-house direction, or whatever you wanna call it. But i was refering to their own productions.

I thoroughly enjoyed both disks. Decent mix and productions. :)
