I took those from the top of the Library. If you notice, you can see the reflection of the windows. They wouldn't let me get to the roof top, but they let me get to the last floor. That was more than enough.
I took those pix during the second Love Parade back in 2005. It wasn't called Love Fest yet.
You can see my whole journey here. There's lots of old school TA's there. I need to find that big group pix a lot of us TA's took.
