My Xone 3D Blew Up

, i'm going to die if I can't get this working, ok not really, but here's the deal: when I turn it on all of the levels peak (the lights go up) and then go back down. After that the mixer has no power except for the bpm indicator. All of the led's lights, filter lights are off, etc. Also when I try to route in audio from an external soundcard I get nada....... Prior to this it was leaking audio into the 4th channel from all of the other channels....

I'm thinking it might be the fuse, so i'm going to check that now.....

What do I do now? I tried looking up Allen & Heath suport but it looks like I have to call England? Is there any other way to do this?

Thx, but it looks like the Xone forums are dead. I emailed Allen & Heath.....

Weird, because it looks like my soundcard works, it's just the midi portion and the filters and the cue functions that don't work. Weird...

I guess I will, but it's kind of a hassle since i'm in the USA. I need to go buy a calling card...... I'll see what they say in their email and then go from there.

i've had support from A&H for the past week. i've called every day, get sent straight to the voice-mail, left messages and my phone number and they never call back

Sounds very familiar, I'm sad to say. Great products but shithouse customer service, in the US at least.
