Returning after almost 5 years for his long awaited tour, we at blk|market membership present Jay Haze. He has released records+remixes on labels such as Get Physical Music/Bpitch Control/Cocoon/Playhouse/Soma and his very own imprints Tuning Spork, Contexterrior, Future Dub and Junion. He produces also under such guises as pony and The Architect, and has discovered and released names such as Troy Pierce, Samim, The Viviane Project (a.k.a Heartthrob) and Matt John. With Residencies at Fabric London and Monza Ibiza and tracks featured continuously in sets of Andrew Weatherall, Craig Richards, Ivan Smagghe, Villalobos and Laurent Garnier, Jay Haze has become one of the most in-demand artists in the music scene at the moment. Come join us for a special extended LIVE PA this Saturday September 27th for his new album LOVE+BEYOND Album Release Party. The CD/2xLP (PT.I) showcased dancefloor productions from sci-fi techno to funky house, while the subsequent PT.II (given away as a free download through his website http://www.jayhaze.com) proved his love for soul and R&B. The album’s PT.III is soon to be released and is composed entirely of instruments. Dennis Rodgers (ROBOTS) closes the night as part of his quarterly residency as well.
