why do people not read the rules? there are way too many gay event threads.
i feel like im looking at my spam inbox when i visit flta.
can we please keep this semi-clean?
also, its too hard to find the damn events thread. can we please resticky it? it also might help avoid this problem. |

| a lot of the people that post some of the events/their own dj sets only log in TA to do just that. I doubt they bother reading around for the rules, etc. |

i disagree. its not like flta is flooded with new threads on a daily basis. its pretty dead in here. the problem with one long events thread is the event gets easily lost and unnoticed when its 2-3 pages back.
the other nice thing with each event having its own thread is you can keep the discussion on just that event and talk about it after the fact for criticism/suggestions.
its not good when the "gay events" are not cool and respected enough to qualify for their own thread, instead they have to be stuffed into a mega thread to be easily overlooked after its back a few pages. its also not good when you start having mods make decisions on which event is worthy enough for its own thread - that, if you ask me, is more gay than the actual gayness of the events the little guys are trying to promote. |
