Probably because since you went and found the picture on the original website, it is now cached in a file on your computer. Meanwhile for anyone else who has never been to that site before, they are surfing this TA thread and trying to load the picture from the original site. This is called hot-linking and apparently FortuneCity (who is hosting the picture) doesn't allow this and instead displays a little image with their name on it instead.
