Personally, I love that commercial. I think it's hysterical. Doesn't bother me that it's not what we consider techno.

haha funny commercial, although i think calling them "the pre-millenium eurotrance" twins woulda been a bit much, so i don't mind the genre bending, nor do i expect the at&t ad agency to know that haha... funny anyway

I stayed in a hostel in Brussels for I <3 Techno last year and lost phone service on my American T-Mobile phone (which is supposed to work around the world) AND the T-Punkt phone I bought while in europe. Every time I see this commercial I'm reminded that I should've used AT&T lol.
My only gripe is that because of commercial like these, people who aren't into EDM automatically associate 'techno' with 90's eurodance and trance lol.
