| Yeah I get that all the time. Feels like I'm perceiving somesort of gravity near my feet and quickly falling towards it, then it stops after a second or so, or after I move. |

when you feel like you just tripped and fell over? or you are falling? I hate that in it happened to me twice last night... i read somwhere that it's your soul or some falling back into your physical body... thats some weird .. this happen to anyone else or only me? |
I'm not sure if this has been answered, but I think you may have experienced sleep paralysis or went into immediate REM. In many cases people that immediately start to dream may not have their body's muscles completely subdued and consequently act out their dreams. I've fallen immediately into REM a few times and then jolted awake a few seconds later after experiencing some sort of falling or tripping in my dreams. Since I wasn't completely asleep and went into REM too fast without the effects of it keeping my body from acting out my dreams, my body reacted, waking me up. |

| Its only happened to me in class, but it has happened ALOT in class. Weird thing is, even though its scary and I would think it would jolt my attention/alertness, it happens again 5/10 minutes later. |
