I can make mean hot Salsa and once you try it you never turn back. I make it in mild, medium, hot and supper hot. I eat the hot salsa like it is candy and can eat supper hot in moderation.
Mild is 500-2,500 on the scoville scale
Medium 2,500-8,000 on the scoville scale
Hot 30,000-50,000 on the scoville scale
Supper hot 100,000-350,000 on the scoville scale
Working on a supper supper hot salsa but at current time still tweaking on my recipe. But when done it be near 855,000-1,050,000 on the scoville scale.
Buddy I know has mobile outdoor RV trailer he turned into mobile kitchen for Monday night football ourdoors event at a local bar. He makes hot wings and other stuff and calls upon me to make sauces for it and all. Set up for outdoor bar is trailer against the wall of building with bar then 4 Samsung 50" Widescreen 1080p Plasma TVs. 1 on ends with 2 face the trailer on opposite of the area. Inside the bar 4 more tv's but smaller in size with game on. The way it looks outdoors you feel like you tailgating at the stadium the game is being played at. |

Why must we fight?
Can't we just have one of those big bowls with everything?
And how come there has been no mention of sour cream. That is awesome when your having either of these two. |

Guac for vice president!
It's got equal if not superior foreign policy experience and it can name an equivalent number of Supreme Court cases and published information sources. Plus it's just sooo tasty. |
