I've oftened wondered about the legalities surrounding big brother and verbal assault, sexual harrassment etcetera, because it's technically a workplace, and the people in the house are technically under the care of the owners/operators of the show, who are surveilling them 24/7 and are therefore aware of any and all misconduct in the house...and therefore probably responsible.
I remember here the housemates stole some slut's clothes and hid them. She cried her eyes out, came to "Big Brother" whinging because she had no clothes to wear and he essentially laughed in her face and told her to hack it. |

So, basically the guy that got beaten up was saying at the beginning something among the lines: "come here if you want to fight" or "you think you are a big man huh?".
After the fight when the security takes him away, he says to the other man "I am still ok, come and fight if you want" bla bla. Then the other guy says "I will the mother of this piece of " and so on.
The show is imo. |
