| Simon Baker was absolutely fantastic when I saw him this year. I went to Sullivan Room in NYC with the intent of seeing him but I wasn't expecting him to play as great as he did. And only because I had never heard him dj before and was only going to see him based on a couple of tracks he has produced that I have. He didn't miss a beat with the crowd and kept the energy going throughout the entire night. |

the only time i saw them live, they stopped the show to tell these breakdancers not to break, cuz the show isn't about them.
also, the people that dance to their music are like monkeys on acid. I felt like I was surrounded by 15 year olds.
Every DJ set they've dropped has been class, and without the monkeys. |

Ditto. Although they didn't much amaze me as they did surprised me ...I had never heard of any of them until this year and it was very cool to found out about them.
Richie Hawtin...he's taking his sets to insane levels.
And a bunch of TAs that post their sets @ the DJ Promotion forum. Serious, serious talent over there. |
