Bill Patrick Bio [Robots - New York]
New York has seen many DJ's come and go in it's time. The city that never sleeps has seen many clubs come and go as well. In a town where certainty is never guaranteed and change is around every corner, Bill Patrick has managed to maintain a successful career as one of New York's most exciting and respected DJ's.
Coming from a musical background that included various styles from punk to hip hop, new wave to dub, Bill's love for dance music began in 1998 after attending his first New York rave. He frequented the legendary club Twilo and Vinyl almost every Friday until its closing in 2001. In a short time as a DJ, he has piled up an impressive resume with a residency at New York's famed club Arc (formerly Vinyl), played some of the best clubs throughout the world and has worked alongside many of the scene's most revered DJ's.
He is also one of the co-founders of ROBOTS, a techno collaboration that hosted some of New York City's most successful club events. Since 2004, the group pulled together an impressive list of guests and headliners that included; Sven Vath, Francois K, Luciano, Ellen Allien, Radioactive Man, Tiefschwarz, Michael Mayer, Superpitcher, DJ Three, Mike Shannon, Run Stop Restore, Matthew Dear and the list goes on… and on.
Additionally, Robots took their parties one step further with an Internet radio show broadcast live on eastvillageradio.com every Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. The aptly titled RobotRadio included live performances, interviews and promotional giveaways.
On his own, Bill's passport has filled up nicely with international gigs in Mexico City, Costa Rica, Chile, Buenos Aires, and on to Spain, Italy, Norway, Romania and Germany. Over the past couple of years he has been heard on the mainfloor at Fabric, Cocoon club in Frankfurt, as well as numerous gigs in Ibiza, including the legendary "We Love..." party at Space, and regular appearances for Circo Loco at DC-10. Topping off 2003 and kick starting 2004 was a New Years Eve set at the world renowned techno club Tresor in Berlin.
Now residing in Berlin, Bill is focusing on production and keeping busy touring Europe. Surrounded by the ceaseless inspiration of friends and artists that thrive in the city he looks forward to taking on the next level of his career. |

We proudly welcome a good friend of ours who is back stateside, a superstar and our favorite cracka. He is one of our favorites and it's always a good time when BILL PATRICK throws down with us. Recently relocating to Berlin, He's back to headline another night for our Blk|Market Membership party. His carreer launched with the famous 112 crew dj sets. He then became the resident dj at Arc-NY (Formerly VInyl) RIP and later joined forces with Nick AC and Dennis Rodgers to bring techno back on the map in New York City through ROBOTS. Lastly, he even sometimes djs back to back with Lee Burridge for hours on end. Hes played some of the top clubs, parties and festivals around the world. Some include: Tresor-Berlin, Weekend Club-Berlin, Cocoon-Frankfurt, Fabric-London, The End-London, Secret Sundaze party-London, Circoloco @ DC-10 Ibiza, We Love Space party-Ibiza, Sunwaves festival-Romania and the list goes on and on!
