| I suggest you get a lighter and patiently mould it into shape  |

Ur goin mad m8, books = paper = fire :D
Lighter will also melt/burn the vinyl
Steam roller, LMAO
My advise (this shud be in DJ section, for the 1000th post on the subject  ) is to buy a new 1 if u can, if not put it under some heavy books that cover the whole vinyl, or jam it in the middle of a rull record box for a month or so. remember, heat = bad |

it wasn't my idea, but some1 came up with this:
put your warped vinyl under your laptop (if u have one of course ;)), and leave it there for a while. It makes sense, 'coz bottom of laptop is hot and if u put enough weight on it, it may help...
never tried it...
tell me, if u try it ;) |

Im not talking about putting two heavy books in contact with fire:rolleyes: U just need to apply a little heat, just enough to allow the vinyl to mould, then take it out and apply pressure Wehay !!! |

here in england we cant do that coz we dont get sun :haha: :haha:
but i read something last time this thread popped up that sounded like a good idea. Lay the record on a really flat surface, and place ur laptop on since laptops get very warm. Then place some books ontop, obviously making sure u dont cause any damage to ur laptop.
peace:)
