If Jesus had a car................... (pg. 2)

well up to this point in history, and jesus having gone through several tastes, I'd say he'd still rock out the '68 Mustang.

Why an American car?
If you have to ask yourself that, you probably worship the sun. Go away.

Now seriously, why not something modern with A/C or AWD or could at least still be under warranty from the manufacturer?
Well, I think when Jesus strolls the land, he doesn't want to be viewed as a hypocrite to the words he's preached about superficiality; an elitist. Which is also why he wouldn't go with a classic GT40 model. It costs a bit much and it's also a bit too much power to wield for a "common man."

He'd want to be viewed as the "common man", with American values- As someone who, with a touch, could kill you, but still be a compassionate being. This is what is embodied in the 68 Mustang owner.

You'd look at him and the ambiguity to the story behind his car would be just right. You wouldn't know whether he bought in tip-top shape it using the Church's money, or, like a real Christian, bought it used and rugged, then put faith into restoring it.

I think he would have something like this based on his personality, appearance, and travel needs since he looks like a simple guy.

A Prius.

A hypocritical car for a hypocritical religion.
