CDJ-1000 won't load in discs

hi, i have a cdj-1000 mk2 that will not physically load in any cds. it turns on fine, all lights functioning, and it even sounds as if it is functioning properly when you hit eject, but when you try to put in a cd it won't do it, as if it was turned off.
all comments, help, and feedback much appreciated. |

| Have you tried using the little pin underneath to manually eject? Maybe something is stuck and that will make it unstuck? |

| yeah i gave the pin a try, theres nothing stuck in there |
