I just started investing earlier this year
Gah and the companies I have stock in keep coming out with ok to good news, but there's just no ing confidence, everyone's selling everything god damnit. |

i was honestly considering initally putting this money towards blackjack so i'm not terribly worried about it :p
gah i just wish i had the cash right now to expand on some of my positions, there's a few stocks I got that seem ridiculously undervalued right now, but oh well :/ |

if you had the cash to expand it would be unwise considering you seem to not be in a position to take gambles. Save the investing for when you are more financially secure. Greed is what got everyone ignoring the fact that sustainable exponential growth was impossible in the first place.
you seem smarter than that. |

An old friend said to never loan money you can't afford to lose. This was one of the best things I have ever heard with regards to this type of thing. |
