Hey guys!
Since ill be going down there in march i was thinking that 6 of us can get together and rent a nice 2 bedroom condo somewhere in downtown or south beach. I was talking to ArminD1981 about this and he might be up for it. Any takers? |

I looked into this last month and sorted out all my research. I called my contacts an hour or so after WMC dates were announced and some places were already booked up due to WMC.
My advice: Act soon and book now. |

| I made some calls and i found a few great places in south beach for about 1300-1800 for 5 nights and a few awesome condos in downtown just blocks away from space for about 1400-1800 for 5 nights. The thing is that i need to give them a response in like 7 days... |

That's a pretty good deal for S. Beach. I paid $2500 for 7 nights, sleeping 6 comfortably, 2 bedroom, walking distance to most of the places we go. |

We lucked out and found a great place last year... so we booked it again this year.
It is a block off Lincoln Rd, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and cost $1750 for the week.
I am really excited. :) |
