Coming to Dallas for the week 10/12-17 where to go?

Hey Guys,
I am coming to Dallas (Plano) for the week 10/12-10/17. What do you suggest for clubs/parties. I am more into trance but I guess a house or electro house spot will do. Please let me know. Much Appreciated!! :toocool: |

lotus on either tues or wed. - gonna be some house tunes getting played
thur - designer drugs @ the loft - i thinks probably going to be some hippster type dance music, really not sure. im sure there is another party going on somewhere, but this is all i can remember.
fri - if you really wanna get your supertrancehandsintheairlaserpewpewpew rave on you can hit up afterlife - everything from trance to hardstyle to whatever at that party. or, if you wanna hear some dnb, planet of the drums is at the Lizard Lounge.

| stay through that last weekend and you can see ATB on the 18th. Other than that, I don't know of any other trance shows, sorry. |

I've seen ATB in Minneapolis, killer show. How about nightclubs that play more electronic music rather than hiphop or top40? |

The Lizard Lounge is the most popular electronic music club here.

I think Purgatory has a level in it that is electronic.
The Lower Greenville area is lined up with clubs with varying types of music. some are hip hop, but some are house music with a little techno. |

oh yeah, Lizard Lounge is primarily a weekend club. There is the Church on Sunday nights, but that's goth emo nightmare stuff.
During the week, your best bet is club hopping up and down Lower Greenville ave. It's the drunken party district. ;)

If you like some house and tech house, i recommend the Stereo HiFi Wednesdays with Kelle Marie and Brett Johnson. Their shows are usually fun. Every Wednesday night at the Lotus Bar, 2900 McKinney Ave. No Cover 21+

And for Techno,
There is WE LUV TECHNO show with Convextion, Blixaboy, and DJ Red Eye, also on that Wednesday. It's at The Lounge, located in the Deep Ellum area, 2810 Elm St. No Cover
As for Thursday, there is always something happening on lower greenville, just walk it and pick a club you like. |
