How do I change the file to 320kbs whilst keeping a copy of the file as WAV (for optimum quality for burning onto cds) I use Wavepad btw. Any advice appreciated. aLviNx80 44100hz 16bit is CD quality. record it as that and render it out in MP3 320kbps. If you want it in WAV render as WAV.. there should be an option to do so.
