Saving mixes onto computer

Been a long long time since I actually had a good session on the decks that I recorded and couldnt remember the settings and options for saving mixes

Is it 4400khz @ 16 bit for optimum sound quality??

How do I change the file to 320kbs whilst keeping a copy of the file as WAV (for optimum quality for burning onto cds)

I use Wavepad btw.

Any advice appreciated.

44100hz 16bit is CD quality.

record it as that and render it out in MP3 320kbps.

If you want it in WAV render as WAV.. there should be an option to do so.

Adobe audition is a free program that (with a free plugin) can render to mp3 from a wav file.
