Acoustic guitar VST

Can anybody recommend me an "authentic" sounding acoustic guitar VST?

I've tried a couple of free ones and can't find the exact sound I want. Obviously using software is not gonna be as authentic as recording the real thing... but I just hope there's at least one perfect VST out there!

Thanks in advance.

Haven't actually tried this though I've heard good reviews, especially for it's electric guitar. You probably won't find a half decent free guitar VST :P

Steinberg Virtual Guitarist is pretty decent I think!
I use it from time to time in my productions. It have both acoustic and electric guitar stuff!

that's just an fx box, although putting a lot of things thru it can still sound like a guitar!

Buy Kontakt and use Guitar Rig or FreeAmp.

Otherwise, buy a cheap guitar off ebay and plug it into the inst. in on your soundcard (if you have one). Then use this with Guitar Rig or FreeAmp. Even if you suck at playing guitar, this isn't a bad idea anyway. Playing good guitar pieces on a midi keyboard isn't likely to happen. If you learn a few power chords and mess around, I'm sure you'll come up with something decent.

GODSPEED!

EDIT: Sorry, just realised you said accoustic... The amp sims obviously only apply to electric. Anyway... get Kontakt, it should have something for you.

I have to agree with Booster on this one, and also Kevy Kev's suggestion of the new Rob Papen RG (Rhythm Guitar), I heard a demo of that one, and it sounded pretty decent for dance or trance music.
