| first time to spin was the crystal method. Im used to bigger clubs where the sound inst so "in your face" on the dancefloor. I thought it was loud as in there (not a bad thing) and defiantly a place to do some ear damage after repetitive events (already have tinnitus from clubs). Is that the typical sound level in that place to where i should invest in some earplugs (cause I know cox will be going well into early morning, unless he is saving it for avalons five year)? |

Every club is loud enough where you need some earplugs :) |

I made the trip to Spin for the first time!!!
WOW! What a fun night. Carl was playing more on the harder side and I was really surprised he played World Hold On. lol... That was something completely unexpected from him. lol No encore either. Oh well. Carl played from 12:30 to 4am.
Big shout out to all the TA's I ran into... Shuni, St Michael, Julie, Ideal, Echo and more... I think I met Tomas when I got there.

well that was a party! Big ups to the opening dj if you read this(alan b?), was really diging your set. Real nice to hear that m83 track and dark flower. Wasn't really feeling the first part of the second DJ, IMO playing some cheesy stuff. But his last 30 min where really nice. and carl cox is carl cox. Thought his last hour was pretty banging.
Meet some few people so that was nice. Back east we always tried to get a TA meet up at some point in the night so people can meet.
ps...yeah world hold on was awesome...defiantly liked like how he brought it with the hard stuff |

Yeah! I liked his last hour best. It was banging.
I also noticed he ditched Ableton Live and is now using Traktor.
