ATB's days are over dude. The guy needs to retire.
I thought it was a decent show. The track selection had it's ups and downs. The mixing was down-right dank, however.
ATB is a legend in my book and probably always will be, but the guy needs to find time to produce better than before, unless he already hit his peak hour.

i definitely agree. he's a little past his time, but for me i think there's just so much nostalgic feeling with him, that i just can't help but not care and enjoy the music.
the mixing WAS horrible, and i'm no expert. and there was a little mishap where the switch from one song to the other happened immediately, and it looked like he was a little confused too...
as for the tracks, i don't think there was a song that i really needed to walk off the dance floor for. for most events, there's always a moment where there's a lull in the tracks and i go off the dance floor, but i don't think i moved away for a second. probably my taste though, but it made me happy! there are some tracks that i would love to have identified and would probably be easy to do so, so i'll post them as soon as i can.
haven't heard any amazing new tracks by him in the recent past, so i think he definitely needs to go back to the studio and stop touring for a while. it might not be the end for him yet. |

I gotta give it to the guy though. ATB is a real legend and his productions may seem a little cheesy and simple at times, but they have meaning behind them.
Also, props to ATB for wearing a Ruehl.No21 polo last night :haha:
