WestsideWax and PivotTechno would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Big Darryl at Back to Basics and Yauca Sports Bar for letting us come in and throw down over two-and-a-half hours of sweet beats - it was a Thursday night marathon! We're also very happy to announce that plans are now in the works between Yauca and PivotTechno - that's all we're going to reveal for now, but expect a big announcement, soon!
We're also looking for new Techno, House and Electro talent to add to our roster. If you d.j. or have a live PA, or know someone who does, drop us a line and we'll talk! Links to demos are a must, and we're looking for people whose musical tastes go well beyond Beatport's weekly top ten - if you have a good sense of history in your collection and can bring the funk and some serious skills, then you'll definitely find yourself playing a Pivot night! Oh yeah...we love vinyl! (which simply means if you spin digital, you'll have to bring your own box)
