Airbase using Reason??????

| Does airbase really use reason to make there tunes or just to plan them out? Nebody know? Id be amazed if they did it all with reason. Id also be ing myself coz i have reason and thought id got the best out of it possible n the airbase stuff is on another level. Much in the way this face is ting himself now :nervous: |

Yeah, imagine you got a supernova and export those sounds to Reason, making Reason an extension of your supernova...;)

| Im hoping they use samplers, well, theve got to. If u cud get them sounds out of the subtractor id be amazed. I can get similar sounds just nothing that full. Feel a lot better now! |

| Just finaly been able to look at there site n basicly they only use reason for drums n as a sampler for other synths. I wud imagine the subtractor isnt even touched which is fair enuf as its a bit of dog. Neway, getin ma virus c this friday:D :D :D :D :D |

| nice, you'll be satisfied with the virus. Its a very good synth, then Im sure you'll be able to achieve those full synth sounds ;) |

Airbase does use mostly samples and produces his tracks entirely with Reason.
an advice I got from Jezper(Airbase) is to layer synths. For the remix of Labworks - Ibiza Sunrise, he layered about 7 synths to get that phattt sounding lead. |

| Do u mean when using the synths hes got he samples them? He says hes got cubase 5 so surely the obvious thing would be to use rewire and have both sequencers running at the same time, thats what i do. Seems a bit pointless if hes sampling all his synths when he could just run em in realtime from cubase? |

he doesnt use cubase, and he usas samples of those keyboards and puts them on reason. they are for sale on ebay check around :) |
