A country with a large number of people will also have more workers available to administer and fund the system. And like I said already, free-riders are a problem under any public system, not just ones in big countries. |

| yeah i'm doing an absentee ballot, just sent in my stuff for that a few days ago so i'll be voting on election day through that method. mostly cos i'm at college and i couldn't be bothered to drive home & back on a tuesday! |
